BOOKING POLICY
Booking & Deposit:
Booking — After the consultation, a booking link will be sent to book your appointment. To secure an appointment, clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer. This retainer fee is deducted from the total cost of the shoot.
Remaining Balance — The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately after the shoot via Cash or Zelle only. Images will not be sent until the remaining balance has been paid.
location of shoot:
Studio — Clients are responsible for covering the studio fees. However, I will provide personalized recommendations and suggest the studio(s) that would be the best fit for your concept.
Permit’s — Clients are responsible for covering any fees associated with obtaining the necessary permits to shoot at the chosen location. This includes any permits required by local authorities or property owners to conduct a photoshoot. It is important that clients ensure all required permissions and fees are in place prior to the shoot to avoid any disruptions or delays.
scheduling:
Rescheduling — Same-day rescheduling is not permitted with the exception of inclement weather. To reschedule your photoshoot, you must provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment and a $50 rescheduling fee is due at the time of rescheduling; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to re-book.
Cancellation — In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee.
Late Policy — Please arrive on time. Session times will not be extended. If the Client does not show after 15 minutes, it is an automatic forfeit of the session which will constitute in a loss of initial retainer.
images & delivery:
Image Processing & Delivery — Clients will receive their raw images within 24 hours once the final balance has been paid. Clients can expect their edited photos to be delivered within 7-12 days from the time of selection.
Edits Include — lighting, retouching, and color-grading. Any editing beyond the standard retouching, such as graphic design work or extensive modifications will incur additional costs. Each project is assessed individually, and a customized quote will be provided based on the complexity and scope of the project.
Additional Edits — If you desire more edits than what is included in the package you chose, you have the option to request more edits at an additional cost.
Gallery — Clients are responsible for backing up and saving all photos from the gallery, including both raw images and edits. Please be aware that the gallery will no longer be accessible after 30 days. Ensure you save all your images before this time.
Travel:
Location— I am currently based near Austin, TX. For photoshoots requiring travel to locations outside of Austin,[ex: Houston or Dallas] a travel fee will apply. The travel fee is $50 per hour, one way. For out-of-state travel, the travel fees will be based on the cost of accommodations. Please feel free to inquire during your consultation if you require travel, and I will provide you with a detailed cost estimate.
